Established in 2007 and based in Christchurch, we work with small and medium sized businesses in Canterbury and throughout New Zealand.
Our approach is to research and clearly define a customer's technology needs from the outset to ensure we provide the right solution and support structure. Computer Culture helps customers improve collaboration, performance and efficiency by leveraging off well-managed IT infrastructure, backed up by professional support services and product knowledge.
Core services include network configuration and support, network security, cloud-computing solutions, managed services and support solutions. We also source and supply hardware and software products. Recently our strategy and focus has been to transition our customers from traditional break/fix maintenance services to proactive maintenance through our managed and cloud computing services model.
Moving to a cloud-managed services model has reinvented how we do business. Our managed service model enables us to proactively produce reliable data and capture any user issues and problems within the customer’s business. Our customer service and support functions are engineered to deliver a more proactive management service model. Our review platform enables our customers to make informed decisions and choices driving continuous improvement in their information technology infrastructure.
Computer Culture is a Microsoft partner and we have attained a Silver Competency for our expertise in the implementation, design, deployment and support of various Microsoft technologies, such as Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server. In 2013 we also became the first Microsoft partner in the South Island to attain the Cloud Accelerate accreditation.
Whether your business needs occasional expert advice, network upgrades, major IT installations, or you just need basic desktop support, Computer Culture will provide a tailored service that matches your needs and your budget.
